Dr. Flora Waples graduated from Cornell Medical School at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. After receiving her MD from this Ivy League institution, she completed her residency in Emergency Medicine and Trauma care at the University of Chicago—a training program consistently ranked among the top five in the nation. Dr. Waples is currently Board-Certified and is the Medical Director at RESTOR Medical Spa.


Dr. Waples has been performing and training others in aesthetic procedures since 2010. Today she leads RESTOR Medical Spa, as well as RESTOR Academy, ensuring the RESTOR Medical Spa staff and RESTOR Academy Students receive the highest level of training and expertise in a growing and constantly changing field.
